A Chief Design Officer with key skills in creative direction, branding and product design. I was part of a founding team of three people who launched a company that scaled from £100k revenue to £20m turnover.
My role was to creatively direct the look and feel of the product (video content, UX, brand). I led and inspired cross-functional teams to produce engaging internal and external creative output to ensure that there was consistency and quality across all touchpoints. This ensured a standout brand identity and innovative, audience-focused products.
The result: a market-leading presence that drives revenue, loyalty, and differentiation.
Circus Street Product Design
Circus Street focused on digital marketing and business modernisation. The product delivers a visually stunning and effective learning experience. I led the creative vision behind the innovative e-learning platform; directed engaging 3D content and intuitive UX design; and developed a brand that stood out from its competitors.
QA.com Rebrand
QA group owned three unique learning products - Circus Street, Cloud Academy, and QA. They brought the three organisations together to deliver more value to their clients. I led the creative direction for a rebrand in order to create a single unified identity across the three organisations.
Office Design
I believe branding should extend beyond the digital realm into the physical environment, reflecting the organisation's ethos in the spaces where people work and collaborate.
